Originally established in the San Francisco Bay Area, now located just outside of Scottsdale, Arizona, Interactive Consulting has been providing professional services for the construction industry since 1996.
Gary Santorella, Owner, is a licensed cognitive-behavioral therapist and an expert in team dynamics and behavioral change, who has developed a unique methodology to assess and address job site, company and multiple company dynamics in congruence with Lean culture principles. He received his BA in Behavioral psychology from Providence College in 1980, and a Master's Degree with an emphasis in Occupational Welfare from UC Berkeley in 1990.
